| Lisa Downs is a training and development professional living in Redmond, Washington with 14 years' experience working in education and Workplace Learning and Performance. She is the author of a series of books aimed at helping other training professionals teach courses on listening, time management, and negotiation skills. Lisa is currently a Training Consultant with PEMCO Financial Services in Seattle. Previously, she was a Leadership Development Manager at T-Mobile USA in Bellevue, Washington, and is Past-President of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), Puget Sound Chapter. She is a current member of the ASTD National Advisors for Chapters and the Chair of the ASTD Chapter Recognition Committee.
